They were very friendly and helpful

I had been having severe pain ongoing for months. When I contacted Dr. Kanters office they saw me in a short period of time and, ordered tests "stat" for me. Gia also was very concerned and relayed that concern to Dr. Kanter.

The PAC was very polite and professional. She directed her attention to my problem and answered my questions and concerns!

I always feel very well taken care of when I visit this office & Dr Kanter.

excellent nurse/assistant! what I really thought was fantastic was the ability they gave me to take my MRI and Xrays right there on the same day. I really appreciated that. It made feel that my time was just as important as the Doctors. that has not happened very often in the past with other Dr's. Your staff is unbelievably helpful not with just me but everyone. I watched them control themselves and be patient with people who were how can I say quite difficult.

Excellent provider and team. Would not trust anyone else with my care.

Have only seen MD on the 6 wk check up. Would be nice if he would say hi. His staff is top notch.

I waited 5 weeks for this appointment with Adam Kanter. I NEVER saw him on this visit. I saw his assistant, who basically went against everything 3 of my doctors and a radiologist saw on my scans. I don't have any faith that he is right. It would have been nice to see the doctor I paid my copay to see. I'm FURIOUS about this.

This was my fifth visit concerning need for surgery for pain control and possibility of surgical intervention. Two of these visits were with in-network ortho surgeons; two with in-network neuro surgeons and then finially with Dr. Kanter. The two ortho surgeons wanted to do surgery to release entrapped nerve and stabilize part of the spine with rods and plates. First neuro surgeon would not operate because he said I could come out with more problems. Second neuro surgeon referred me to Dr. Kanter. I finally have connected with the right doctor. Dr. Kanter, the resident who did my initial intake and all staff from receptionist to schedulers were amazing. Even when I had a question and called the nurses office the response was quick and she answered all my questions. Can't say enough about this neurosurgery department. It is still uncertain about my treatment plan until further testing is done but I know I am in the best of hands.

My first impression is only good. The entire staff was courtious, polite, knowledgeable, caring, and expedient.
