Dr. Copley-Woods is always both professional and personable. All my visits with her have been great! When I need a refill of medication her office is super responsive.

Always a good experience. Dr. Woods is professional, straight forward and easy to talk with. She engages in conversation during the exam about other topics and it helps take my mind off the exam. I would definitely recommend others to her.

Dr. Copley-Woods has worked with me so that what used to be a terrifying experience is now entirely manageable. I really appreciate that she does everything she can to make my appointment as comfortable as possible. The office staff were friendly and helped me feel at ease. The medical staff were kind and respectful. I'm very thankful for their patience and compassion. It made my appointment so much easier than I thought it would be.

This was first visit and Dr. Copley-Woods was kind, respectful and answered my questions thoroughly. Her exam was thorough and probably one of the easiest internal exams I have had.

I really liked how the Dr. and the Nurse follow up with you on test results and the other pap smear information for results (which takes up to 2 weeks), also the accountability to possibly switch medications due to price at pharmacy, they do a great job following up and giving me accurate information.

Dr. Copley Woods is a phenomenal physician and very caring toward her patients. The only negative is the timing of when the appointment yearly reminder cards are mailed. They are usually mailed around the same date as when the annual appointment is due, but if you call at that time there is usually a 3 month wait to see her as a provider. This year I took it upon my self to call two months in advance (and two months before receiving the appointment reminder card) to ensure I was able to see Dr. Copley Woods at the intended time frame and not having to wait an additional three months. UPMC may want to consider sending reminder cards earlier to ensure timeliness of appointments for when the providers still have openings rather than so close to the time that the annual evaluation is due.
