I've been under Dr Carroll's care since 2019. I highly recommend him and his staff moving forward.

Doctor was nice but didn't address our concerns during g postop visit. Also was unclear to us at times and seemed frustrated when asked for clarification.

Dr Carroll treated me as if this was a first appointment. He asked the same questions as last time and started to prescribe the same medication he had three months ago. I stopped and reminded him that was already prescribed. He ordered some other ointment with steroid . My cost is71$. It is still at pharmacy.

Dr. Carroll is a great doctor. Answered all my questions. Very professional. So glad he is with UPMC.

5 minutes only, offered no answers except having my teeth grinded and offering to do a biopsy on tongue leasons "if I want".

In my opinion Dr Carroll is a very good doctor and one I would recommend.

The visit was not friendly. A lady typed notes, another stood by the door and the doctor didn't explain much. I felt rushed and that my concern was not address. He just wanted to start with nose spray and see her in 2 months.
