I have nothing but high praise for my experience with this provider and his office staff. From the first appointment which was an emergency to my latest check up, each person at this facility has treated me with care and respect.

Dr. Anatakis is always respectful, caring and provides a thorough explanation of all procedures and updates on the condition of my eyes. He is very efficient and detail oriented.

I waited to 1 hour and 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. My appointment was schedule for 3:00 PM and he walked into the exam room at 4:45PM. He was in my room for < 5 minutes. He never apologized for running late. He is a very nice physician but lacks a bedside manner and seems uncaring. This isn't the first time I sat waiting for my appointment in this office but this time was extreme without any acknowledgement of the time I waited.

I have total confidence in Dr. A and the staff at UPMC Eye Care. Dr. A obviously cares about his patients, and I like his clear, straightforward manner. I would want no other eye care specialist. HIGHEST grade!

Dr Anetakis is kind and most importantly highly skilled at his specialty. I recommend him to anyone who has retinal issues
