Initially, we were seen by someone who was either helping Dr. Anderson, was an intern, I'm not sure. He introduced himself as Wilson, however, his name tag said Everett. I found that a little confusing. Perhaps I misheard him or misunderstood him. Nonetheless he examined my son quite thoroughly, was patient and answered our questions. I personally have been a patient of Dr. Andersons before and have always been pleased with her care. I was not disappointed by her care at this visit either. She is consistent in being a good physician.

Dr Anderson was knowledgeable and efficient but didn't have home treatment suggestions other than exercise and a lift for her shoe. There was no explanation as to relief of pain or any wraps or other items for care.

Walked through diagnosis and uncertainties. Acknowledged my worries. Delayed MRI due to my high deductible. Communicated honestly.

Care provider listened to all of my concerns. While taking care of the issue the provider explained everything well, from what was going wrong to how we can make efforts to make everything right. Smiles and should concern due to the love for her profession. I am very thankful to have been taken care of by Dr. Kelley Anderson. (Hopefully I spelled her name correctly)

She literally spent like 2 minutes. Tells me I need an mri, says hold on and walks out of the room. I thought she was coming back. Then some nurse comes in, hands me some papers and says I'm free to go
