Jennifer Shen, MD, is a physiatrist and is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She is an assistant professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. She received her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her residency at the Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education.

Dr. Shen’s clinical interests include stroke, brain injury, and general inpatient rehabilitation. She is an active mentor for residents at the University of Pittsburgh Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a member of the American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She plays an active role in educating medical students and residents and assisted in establishing a yearly stroke camp for stroke survivors and their caregivers.
