Although it was a 6 month wait for an apt, the PA was super helpful and relayed all information to the doctor so we knew they spoke often about my case. This was well worth the wait.

This Doctor was so kind. He took time with me. He is brilliant. I am convinced that what he recommended that I do will improve my quality of life. I waited a long time to get an appointment. It was well worth the wait. I understand that he does research and thats why the wait. He was also informed about my Scleroderma issues. I can't say enough positive things about this Doctor

I found my visit with Dr. Levinthal to be extremly positive. He listened attentively to my explanation about my problem. He explained, in a very easy to follow manner, what he thinks could be going on and then came up with a very specific plan as a possible solution. I was also very impressed with his Physician Assistant, Caitlyn, who does many of Dr. Levinthal's followup visits.

All was good.

July 26, 2018

Dr. Levinthal took MUCH time to familiarize himself with my case history and current problem. He did everything possible to help me to understand my problem, including using paper and pen to draw a helpful illustration.

The visit was a good experience. Dr, Levinthal works closely with me to meet goals and to use new products if they are for me.

June 28, 2018

Dr. Levinthal and his staff are very good at what they do.

Very thorough and extensive review of my history. Both Dr. Levinthal and his PA were kind, respectful and extremely insightful in their feedback and thoughts. Thank you.

Dr, Leventhal is the most professional and excellent doctor I have ever had in my entire life. I have over 16 doctors in the UPMC system and he is the best. I carry Highmark insurance and I am covered under the Care Decree and I was informed that I was going to be losing that status July 1 2019. I am a terminal patient and these doctors are the only doctors that have been caring for me In fact in June 2018 I was sent by ambulance from UPMC Altoona to Pittsburgh because I am such an unusual case that they had no idea how to treat me. I am missing so many of my internal organs that I should not be alive and Dr. Leventhal is a big part of keeping me alive. Yhere is no way that I can leave these doctors. I think it is a CRIME THAT UPMC IS PUTTING PATIENTS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INSURANCE BATTLE OF HIGHMARK AND UPMC. I am forced to go to UPMC IN ALTOONA, but if I get life flighted to Pittsburgh, I am out of network and billed at full price. where is the justice in that?
