The dr stared at me like a deer in the headlights when I told him about my pain. He told me I'm healthy, as if it meant I should just live with pain and not resolve my inflammation. Hopefully he can express more concern for his patients.

I've had over 12 of these procedures done in the past. Dr. Heres was super, he was fast & explained every step of the procedure. Dr Heres did in 10 minutes while every other Dr took at least 30 to 40 minutes.to. Dr Heres gets - 10 stars.

I have been to Dr. Heres many times before and have all ways had the best care, and again a great experience.

The Doctor was very kind and caring today, whereas he is not always. It seems he acts differently towards me based on what location I see him at, oddly. In Shady Side I almost always leave upset, feeling rushed and not listened to. In Passavant, He takes his time, is kind and caring and listens to my concerns well. I've seen him multiple times at each location.

Dr. Heres actually diagnosed the location of my pain (at the SI joint) when a number of orthopedic surgeons and neurosurgeons thought it was in my L5 - S1 spine for over 2 years. I'm very grateful.

I was so glad I was able to get an appointment the following day I called and the treatment was very effective. It was life saving.

Poor bedside manner. Either oversimplified or seemed unengaged. I had to ask numerous times to get a straight answer about a medication. I understand the average persons medical knowledge is limited but I am an RN and regardless it didn't seem like they expected anyone to fully comprehend the situation.
