my daughter absolutely loves this Doctor! He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He makes her very relaxed and keeps her engaged during the visit. So sad he is changing office locations.

Dr.burns is a great doctor I wouldn't change from the office for someone else unless it would be Dr.Webster they are both excellent doctors my kids will go there until they are adults

Dr. Burns is the best dr. ive ever meet... he sincerely cares and has compassion for children and their parents when things get rough.. he got my son and I through some of the toughest moments of his life and held our hands the whole way thru when other people let go.... the only reason I would take my children to another dr. is if I was forced to..

I REALLY LIKE THIS DR. AND WILL BE USING HIM FOR MY NEXT CHILD. HE THROUGHLY TALKS TO THE CHILD AS HE'S EXAMINING HIM LIKE HE CAN UNDERSTAND EVEN THOUGH HE'S ONLY A YEAR OLD. WHEN THE DR. TALKS ABOUT THE CHILD HE ADDRESSES THE CHILD LIKE A HUMAN AND IN A TONE THAT MAKES MY SON SMILE. THEN HE TALKS TO US THE PARENTS. ANY QUESTIONS WE'VE EVER HAD HE HAS THROUGHLY EXPLAINED. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY CHILD'S CARE.

I have always been pleased with Dr. Burns and his nurse. He is a really good doctor, treats me and my child well, LISTENS, and provides thoughtful and helpful responses. I did tell him my child sniffles more often then he used to and I thought he might have allergies (both my husband and I do too). I guess I was surprised that he so easily gave me a children's prescription for zyrtec, as I don't know for sure if my child has allergies, I just mentioned it because he was sniffling quite a bit. I was a little apprehensive about giving him the medicine as he is two, but Dr. Burns reassured me that it is such a slight amount and it might be good to do if the condition worsens. I will pick up the script, but I'm not sure I will use it as I am the type that doesn't like to give medicine unless absolutely necessary and my child isn't visibly puffy or swollen, but it will be good to have on hand.
