JoAnn, the nurse was excellent even though Dr. Gibson had to draw blood because my veins are small. Dr. Gibson is the BEST Dr. anyway!!

e has been my PCP for 10 years. I see him usually just once a year. I went in for my physical which was ok, but brought up a new emotional/situational issue, asking for help. I don't feel like he assessed me for this well at all. ended up ordering me an antidepressant only when I spoke up and said I cry almost every day. this should have evoked a series of more involved questions, but it didn't. disappointed. I believe it had to do with the UPMC focus which I see as " get them in and get them out in X amt of time. he could have sat and questioned me for 5 or 10 min but he didn't. made me feel like he was in a hurry. WRONG!!!
