My appointment was at 9:20, but I didn't see the doctor until 11:10. His assistant showed up at around 10 and asked many details about my condition. That's good! The only complain is that the doctor kept me waiting for too long. I didn't prepare to wait for 2 hours in the exam room.

I have no issues with my care or doctor himself. The only reason I cannot choose 10/10 is because even though I can see my test results in my online portal, no one from the office has either called me about them and not have they followed up with the appointment scheduling with the secondary specialist my current doctor wanted requested ASAP.

Dr. Schwartz is an excellent health care provider. He provides the utmost care and concern for me as a patient. I am deeply saddened that I will lose the ability to continue under his care as of June 30,2019 due to having BCBS insurance. This dispute has proven to be a great disservice to me as well as other patients with BCBS.
