I appreciate Dr. Aiyer's attention to me and to my health and his willingness to spend time and discuss both questions I have regarding both present and long term health, and to address these matters in a clear, concise, and respectful way!

The visit exceeded all of my expectations! I am very grateful. Erin-Front desk, Cindy & Karen-RN's-all great folks, clinical & Communication skills!. Dr. Aiyer is exceptional (clinical, communication & truly believes in preventative cardiovascular care). First MD to discuss nutrition. Finally feel in partnership with a Doc & Team that practice in a preventative manner. Again, so very grateful!

Dr. Aiyer is excellent in explaining my heart condition and what is going on with my heart and I trust him completely and I feel so much better than I did a few months ago.

Excellent provider. Only cardiologist I could find that includes a pharmacist and dietitian in his practice. I have difficulty taking statins. Only cardiologist I know who tries different dosages to manage side effects, while reaching LDL goal. Only cardiologist I know who advised me to take CoQ10 to reduce side effects of statins.

Dr. Aiyer is one of the best doctors that has cared for me. He takes time to answer all my questions and his vast knowledge of cardiac medicine is apparent. He is very personable and show a genuine regard for his patients. I trust Dr. Aiyer's judgment and I would recommend him to friends and family in a heartbeat (pun intended).

UPMC and his patients are blessed to have Dr. Aiyer for heart health care. He is compassionate; spends the time needed to truly listen; is respectful; and works WITH me rather than just dictate what he thinks should be done. I personally am grateful he is part of my UPMC health care physician team!
