I waited an HOUR AND A HALF past my appointment time to see Dr. Bernstein. That is absolutely unacceptable not to mention completely rude. Additionally, no one checked on me or updated me on the delay. When Dr. Bernstein came in, she seemed irritated and wasn't her normal helpful self, and looked at me in frustration and said well what are you expecting. I see her because she's a very good doctor and she's helped me get back on my feet- I drive an hour to see her. It's absolutely ridiculous that I had to wait that long- my time is important too and it's completely screwed up my day. I generally have to wait a long period of time to see her once I arrive, so clearly this survey does nothing because this isn't the first time this has happened. I'm truly contemplating changing doctors because of this issue, but it's a complicated decision. Something needs to change. She also came in with no idea who I was or what meds I was on, and recommended starting a medication I'd had an adverse reaction too in the past. I realize she's busy and has a lot of patients but the hallmark of a good doctor is at least reviewing the charts before going into the room.

My experience with the provider and all of the office staff has always been very good. I am always impressed with how the provider relates to me. She is concerned about how I feel and always addresses my concerns using information that I clearly understand. She is an outstanding physician and I trust in her completely.
