In the approximately 2 years I've been seeing this provider, I have had nothing but positive experiences. From the front desk to the nurses and fellows and of course the provider. I've never had to wait long to be seen at my appointments. The provider and her staff are very efficient, knowledgeable, caring and very friendly. I'm very comfortable at my visits and just wish all my providers and their staffs were as excellent as this provider and her staff.

I have been see my provider for over about 10 years or more. I feel she really cares that I am getting the best pain relief she can provide. I would send my child to her if he would ever need pain relief.

I have never had a bad experience or appointment visit with this doctor

Good! Always concerned about my health and has anything changed physically and any new medication.

Timely professional kind and understanding.

The whole staff and Dr. Bernstein went beyond the call of duty to help me with my shoulder surgery which was done by a different doctor. They worked with the other doctor to make sure I received the best care so that I would not be in pain. Knowing that they would help me have no pain or the less amount of pain was one less thing that I had to worry about.

Dr Bernstein is compassionate, understanding. She has helped me so much!

June 07, 2017

she disregarded all of my questions and I spoke more to her resident than the actual physician. she took no notice of my concerns regarding her method of treatment and acted as though I was some sort of junkie.
