Dr. Bernstein and the pain management clinic staff have been phenomenal providers. My pain management prior to working with them was not sustainable and my quality of life had been steadily deteriorating. My schedule didn't allow for the normal template of treatment, so they worked with me to develop a highly individualized treatment plan. Throughout, they treated me with respect and compassion. I appreciated their efforts work with me in a participatory manner to come up with a program that decreased my utilization of medication and increased my quality of life. I also appreciate that unlike some providers, they don't seek to completely eliminate medication, but rather use it as one of many tools in the arsenal of treatment methods. My ability to be physically active is increased, my happiness is increased, and my relationship with my spouse if much better - I'm less grumpy due to less pain and we have started working out together. I especially appreciate that I was given care and individual attention that focused on me holistically as a person - not just a collection of symptoms to be treated.

I have seen Dr. Bernstein for years. She always listens to my concerns about my health problems. I am doing well on the medications that she she has prescribed.

It was my first visit at this office. I was impressed with the courtesy given to me by staff as well as Dr. Berstein. I did however, at first, resent waiting so long in the office to be seen. But considering how caring Dr. B was with me, I assumed the lateness was attributed to her caring for other patients as well as she did with me. It is very rare these days that a doctor spend more than 2 minutes with a patient, I felt Dr. Bernstein gave me the time I needed. Overall a very positive first experience.

I have visited this office for a few years now and I have always had a great experience. Everyone treats me with kindness and compassion as well as being very professional. This includes all of the staff from receptionist to the Doctors. Thank you for the exceptional service.

i called spoke with office personal about reason for visit, and that my Nerosurgeon refered me, they said she would be able to handle my medication management. they appear to be very courteous and professional. upon arrival I filled out a very nice iPad questionnaire about pain level that I thought was very thorough and complete. A doctor on training, entrenched the room reviewed my history asked several questions and again let me to believe that the doctor would be able to manage/handle my concerns. I waited approximately 20 more minutes before the doctor the student and another person enter the room to tell me they would not handle my pain management. she did offer other services but would not handle the pain management prescription which was the sole reason for my visit explained severest times.
