Dr Bernstein and staff I would recommend to family and friends. The professionalism of her and her staff is of the most high degree. It was extremely pleasant and all my questions and concerns were answered in easy to understand terms.

I am always incredibly happy with the level of care received from Dr. Bernstein and her team. The communication, understanding and proper help I receive is at a much higher level than every other physician I have dealt with in recent years. I will happily continue to be a patient to a team that genuinely feels like they want you to recover, instead of just coping with chronic pain.

I was impressed with my conversations with the Physician Fellow and Dr. Bernstein. They were very knowledgeable about the alternative care I was seeking. The assistant was kind and helpful, and the nurse was professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this team to anyone seeking similar care.

Do have a few friends that have issues like I have. When they ask me where I go I tell them about the clinic and that Doctor Bernstein could probably help them. But, it's there call if they do.

I was afraid at first to go to a pain clinic, but they are all so nice, informative and helpfulful.

I have been going to Dr.Bernstein for many years and am always pleased with her professionalism and concern for my needs.

The provider listened explicitly to my expressed needs and wishes. Took them into consideration, explained the likely results of these decisions, and incorporated them into my treatment plan.

I felt that Dr. Bernstein and her fellow Dr. Snyder understood me. Dr. Snyder listened to my background and what I was dealing with and I felt listened to and actively communicated with. I really appreciated that he truly listened and was able to get the information from what I said to give to Dr. Bernstein. I never felt dismissed or anything of that nature. Even my parents who were with me in my appointment noted that it was a positive experience and how happy they were that both Dr. Snyder and Dr. Bernstein seemed to truly understand what was going on with me. Which is something that is rare.

Dr. Berenstein likes you to be on time and is very thorough.

The PA spent about 5 minutes with me, and asked me to wait for the doctor who only peeked her head in and asked me to give a urine sample. By this time I had already waited for far too long and was running late for work

Overall very good experience

By the time the Dr came in I was crying and not really able to focus on the other part of the appointment or ask questions about the treatment I'm receiving. Previous experience with this Dr has always been good.

Doctor seemed informed enough but conducted session in a somewhat detached manner.

The provider was very helpful considering my health history is complicated and took into consideration my inability to absorb pills so I'd need injections or creams or alternatives to think about.

Doctor did not listen or have any sympathy with pain. Acted because I was fine at the moment, I must be fine all the time. Talked over me when I was trying to explain my pain. Basically have the same exact plan we went with a year ago. Not helpful. Not understanding of invisible chronic pain. Clearly she has not experienced any pain level close to what I deal with daily. She might have fibromyalgia patients but I don't believe she truly knows how to help. If this is what she finds helpful, I'll need to find another doctor.

I felt like Dr. Bernstein had no idea who I was and what is on my medical records. A couple of times, she suggested treatment/medications that I'm already using.

Dr Bernstein is always supportive of Mr efforts to try supplements and superfoods to aid my increasing pain. She says if it seems to help and is supported with data then have at it.

I felt bad 4 myself because I still left this office in pain my meds we're changing didn't check to c if my current meds would mix with new meds I'm on brain seizure meds no one asked me about thought just put in a new order

She took her time and listened to my concerns and answered all my concerns
