His notes are detailed and his advice (and contextual information) for my seeking specialized treatment is very helpful.

This was a great visit. I came in prepared to ask about 5 or 6 key things, mostly questions related to access to lab testing and general health issues related to crossing the 50-year old age threshold. Dr Heist very thoughtfully addressed each one, and when lab results came in, he reached out promptly to walk me through the numbers. Exceptional encounter.
