Dr El Kadi's PA was very good at explaining what was going on. The doctor I would say is a man of few words but in fairness to him I am sure that he knows his nurse will explain everything to his patients.

Never showed me the x-ray to point out abnormalities in the spine. Did not use a model to explain the cause of my spinal problems. Would not order an mri of the middle portion of the spine which was my major concern.

Dr. El-Kadi needs to learn how to speak to his patients and not the nurses! I paid $40 for my initial visit & he was in the room w/ me for less than 5 minutes! When he realized I wasn't a surgical candidate, he turned himself off!! I had an MRI and he did not show me the test at all instead he looked at them & told the nurse what he was seeing, not me. I finally had to make it known that I was even in the room. I understand that there wasn't anything he could do for me & I appreciate that he is busy, but you cannot understand a patients needs if you don't spend more than 5 minutes w/ them. This has got to be one of my worst experiences w/ a doctor. He made me feel like I was wasting his time & I didn't matter because I wasn't a surgical candidate for him. No BMW payment from me for him this month!! I am so disappointed in my experience w/ this doctor and would NOT recommend him to ANYONE!! If he treated me like that, how is he treating other non-surgical patients that need help.

The doctor and his staff along with the surgical suite personnel work like a well oiled machine. I received excellent care from all.
