everyone was great

paperwork and computer questions were repetative and excessive. most of the visit was with the above. spent about 5 minutes with the physician.

The physician that l saw seemed to misunderstand my visit. I explained my condition that l was concerned about ( neck region ) to the nurse in the doctors waiting room. She ordered an x-ray for my lower back area. I explained to the x-ray technician that the issue l was having was my neck area and not my lower back. Understandably she could only x-ray what was ordered. When the doctor came into the waiting room after the x-ray l explained that it was my neck and not my lower back that was bothering me. He then ordered the proper procedure. This was not a problem for me. I may have stressed my back and not my neck while filling out the initial paperwork. The issue was during my conversation with the doctor. The results of the x-ray showed advanced osteoarthritis in my neck area. I asked what my options were...he suggested physical therapy. I explained that I didn't have supplemental insurance until Jan 1, 2019. ( At the time l had only medicare ) He said to contact his office when the extra insurance kicked in. I asked what l could do to help with the pain until Jan 1... he offered no suggestions. At that time he and the nurse escorted me out of the office. The misunderstanding l believe was that he thought l was there for pain medication. L WAS NOT THERE FOR THAT! I wanted to get some suggestions on how to deal with the pain until then. I felt like l was treated like a drug addicted person. They seemed very cold and unconcerned.

excellent

Dr. Rainey came highly recommended by a friend after I saw a neurosurgeon who was severely lacking in communication skills & bedside manner. Dr. Rainey took his time, asked me questions, was very professional & thorough in his explanations. I feel confident in his abilities to properly diagnose and treat my condition. He was personable and it is clear that he cares about his patients, their well being and helping them to attain their best life possible given their medical conditions. I drove an hour to see Dr. Rainey at the office where he had the first available opening and would gladly drive that far for all follow up care with him if necessary. Though I'm glad I can now see him at a much closer location. Very impressed after just one visit & will definitely recommend him.

Dr Rainey was excellent. From my first visit and all others he was very personable and answered all questions and concerns. He explained my procedures in detail so I would understand what was going to happen and the recovery time. I would recommend Dr Rainey to anyone who has problems.

Dr.Rainey is a great man. I'm always early, Dr Rainey was the second one in the office. We met an told me as soon as the staff opens the office we would look at my shoulder. He, a caring man.
