Dr Conner(A+) and his physician associates who participated at the meeting were very helpful and willing to answer... kindly... my questions and concerns. I want to understand the medical situation and do what I can to "make it better" or accept it and move on. I feel I can follow Dr Conner's advice with the confidence I need to do either.

I really like Dr. Connor and all three of the techs I had for testing. all tests were explained completely, and they kept me informed as to how much longer I had to go as the test was being performed. they were very friendly and professional. Dr. Connor was great also, very friendly and definitely took time to explain my results. I would recommend these providers with confidence.

Dr Connor thoroughly understood my situation and rare condition. He stated it was rare for a repeat procedure to be performed and then once he examined me confirmed my concerns. He is very thoughtful and analytical and took time to speak with me and help me.

I am very pleased with the level of care provider by Dr. Conner which is the only reason I sit in the waiting room 4 hours waiting for my turn. You know you're in for the long haul when the staff walks around the waiting room with drinks and snacks:)

unusually long wait to complete my eye doctor visit. Spent a little over 3 hours for the Glaucoma and retina eye exams.

I liked when the provider (Dr. Conner) came out to the waiting room to take you to the exam room for the visit. It was a nice personal touch that I don't recall ever receiving at another provder.

Long waits. I got there about 3:00 and did not leave until 6:30. I almost walked out but the staff talked me into staying
