This was our first visit with dr. Chong. She was excellent, spoke to my child in his level and listened to and addressed my concerns.

January 31, 2018

very much appreciated that the doctor was running on time for our appointment and gave us the attention we needed

December 29, 2017

Dr. Chong takes her time with us and explains and answers any questions we may have.

December 13, 2017

We had an excellent experience and feel she gave us answers to an on-going issue.

December 06, 2017

Dr. Chong is always very kind and compassionate. She is very knowledgeable. We travel 3-4 hours to see her and always will, she is that good!

November 29, 2017

Dr Chong is a fantastic allergist. she is thorough and answers questions with backed up information as well as examples. she is a great listener and spent adequate time with us.

October 25, 2017

I couldn't ask for a better place to take my grandchildren for her illness.

October 25, 2017

Im so impressed with how well my child has been taken care of in this office.

October 10, 2017

My complaints are that Dr Chong did not get the prescriptions ordered for my child as she said she would. They still have not been sent to my pharmacy. Also, I called on Monday October 16th to discuss my child's blood test results and was to be contacted back within 24 hours and I now have been waiting almost 96 hours to receive that return call. I am very disappointed.

September 20, 2017

Dr Chong is an extremely rude individual, she was unaware nor showed any concern/ compassion towards my child's or my concerns. She was blunt and rude to me , not looking at the history as to why testing may not have been completed. My daughter is extremely sensitive and has been through a great ordeal with eczema and allergies. Dr Chong choose not to listen to the facts. Dr Chong insisted that the tests that were ordered last time were never performed, yet they were. Also, she could have cared less and should NOT be practicing medicine for children
