I waited to write my review until after the post op visit... Just in case my opinion changed. I was happy with the whole experience. I worked in Healthcare, so I think I'm a good judge. Dr Kauffmann and his whole team, from office staff, to residents, to himself, we couldn't have been happier. We're not entirely done, we have 8 weeks in a cast. But having a special needs son, I've seen many different ways professionals relate to and treat my son. This team was perfect with him, as was the team at the surgical center. Very happy to give the whole experience a 5 star.

Dr Kaufman is A kind , Doctor Who takes care of you In a quick and efficient manner.. Totally trust him and his diagnosis would recommend him to anyone

Dr. Anthony, Dr Kaufmann and Dr. Shaw answered all my questions and were very thorough in explaining what I needed to have done, as well as providing insight into the tests performed to reach my diagnosis, along with physical assessments of my hand, arm and elbow.

Would highly recommend Dr Kaufmann and his PA to others having thumb arthritis or other ortho related hand or arm problems.

I understand the doctor spends time with patients and I do love that about him, he is an excellent physician. He did apologize for the long wait, however no one in the office let us know what was going on.
