Dr. Baratz is amazing, I had a horrible injury and was scared of the surgery. He and his team eased my anxiety and fixed my arm/elbow. I now have better range of motion than I believed I could have.

Time with surgeon was very extremely short. My impression was since I was not a candidate for surgery that the doctor was not interested in speaking with me. I had to ask questions to get additional information and options about dealing with my hand pain.

I think the doctor was well qualified. Spent less than 5 minutes with me. The option to repair my finger nail was to use super glue. Paid $35 co-pay for that advise. Too soon to tell if super glue works for me.
