Dr. Hughes always takes the time to explain in terms I understand what is going on and what is possible now and in the future to treat my arm. I always feel included and not pressured to move in any one direction, and makes it clear, if I am not doing a better in a short period of time, to come back in and we'll move on to the next treatment.

To long of a wait time 1 hour

I always feel included in the discussion and decision making about my reason for being there-

Dr. Hughes showed more frustration about being unable to view the MRI that was brought along than assessing my issue. Once it finally did get uploaded, he very quickly reviewed it & did not complete a physical exam. He seemed rushed & did not adequately address my concerns. I was There for a long period of time and when I left, I felt confused about his plan overall. It was a frustrating experience.

I recommend Dr Hughes to anyone needing his expertise. Very happy with his whole staff. He has done shoulder and thumb surgery on me with excellent results

Dr. Stood 5 feet away from the the entire visit for both of my shoulders having issues. Didn't look or feel or take x rays nothing stood 5 feet away in 6 mins basically said he thinks I have a pinched nerve in my neck causing the issues without even evaluating me at all.

Didn't do any physical assessment such as brip strength or resistance. Did Not recommend physical therapy, show any stretches or exercises, did not recommend any type of brace or device or anything for pain or comfort measures or order any tests such as M R I .

Dr. Hughes' assistant explained the X-rays of my arm that he viewed with me. Dr. Hughes came into the exam room a few minutes later He viewed the X-rays & explained them too. Everyone in the office is very friendly, courteous, and takes time with the patients.
