We heard rumor that his bedside manner was less than desirable, he disproved this, he was very direct and to the point, but not uncaring or demeaning in any way.

He spent no more than 4 mins in the room. I kept trying to ask a question and he continued to speak over me. I was very displeased. That being said, he seemed very knowledgeable. Just had poor bed side manners.

Dr. Didn't spend much time with us and didn't show us any of the x rays. I would like to see actual results instead of just a good or bad
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/19/2024
Felt he was in a hurry to get in and out, didnt really do anything with her just told me her condition and to get braces come back in a year.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/6/2024
Rushed through visit. No empathy. Made fun of my child's name. Did not take the time to explain the diagnosis or treatment.

The doctor themselves was nice.

Dr Grudziak is an absolute gem. His clinical diagnostic skills, expertise, and bedside manner are among the best of the best in peds.

Dr Grudziak was extremely rude and condescending. He Interrupted me multiple times, and wouldn't let me explain anything pertaining to the medical history of my son. He spent maybe 5 minutes In our room, and was somehow able to come to the conclusion that every other medical professional we've been working with over the past year Is Incorrect. He also said parents like me are partly to blame for the Incorrect diagnosis due to us pushing for a diagnosis. That statement In Itself Is extremely rude, but this doctor knows nothing about how we received this diagnosis in the first place. We will not be returning to the office.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/25/2024
Everything went well, Dr explained everything to my son and I clearly.
- 0 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/25/2024
The doctor did not provide rationale for why the treatment that was provided was the option for my child. He didn't provide X-rays or show me why his treatment was needed. He simply stated what to do and to come back in 2 months. He did not give me time to ask questions and was walking out of the room as I was trying to ask some questions to him.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/4/2024
The doctor understood the issue and explained thoroughly what was needed and how the surgery would be performed as well as recovery times.
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/4/2024
I'm sure the Dr. Is good and knows what he is doing but it seems like his goal is to get in and out of the room as soon as possible. He never shows us any X-rays or takes time to explain any details. He just pops in the room and says do this and then leaves. To me it seems like we are getting the absolute minimum amount of service.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/21/2024
Very much like the provider. Impressed he spent more than 30 seconds with my son.

Jan was thoughtful and compassionate about the suffering my son went through for the mismanaged care previously. He told the time to explain everything clearly to him and gain his trust.
