This is the second medical issue I've had to see Dr Ongchin and her staff for. I'm even more impressed this time than I was the last. She was very thorough, detailed in her comprehensive treatment plan, expectations, and how any unexpected issues arising would be handled. I felt that she spent a more than sufficient amount of time making sure all my questions were answered and I am completely at ease going into this surgery.
