Some of the above questions were not relevant (no pain involved) (no calls that were made). I have seen UPMC related physicians most of my adult life. As for Dr. Jennings, she was INCREDIBLY dedicated to my health issue. She was excellent in communicating my issues with my wife and I. Maybe the BEST visit I've had with a doctor in my life. I'm 62 years of age and have been seen and treated by many very good physicians. Dr. Jennings, appears to be the cream of the crop! My whole experience at Falk, was very, very positive.

I saw Dr. Jennings for a specific lung problem I was having. She was very good. This was my follow up visit to see her. Both visits I had with her she took as much time as I needed and was very thorough with explaining what could be going on and how she wanted to treat it. I really liked her. Very nice person too. I usually feel rushed by physicians I see or that they really don't care. I did not feel that way with her. She was wonderful!!!

I'm happy to take this time to speak highly of Dr. Jennings and her staff. Dr. Jennings is the best. She has been patient with me and handled my lung infection with conservative patience. We are experiencing great progress as a result of her expertise and concern. Dr. Jennings is always concerned about my welfare and speaks to me as a peer, which I love. She chides me for not following my recommended nebulizer protocol in a way that motivates me to do better, to improve. Her approach, her manner is positive and she laughs a lot. I love this about Dr. Jennings. I drew a lucky card when she turned out to be my specialist. Her assistant, Margie, calls me within an hour or two of when I reach out to her. She as well is friendly and cooperative and has always addressed my concerns and requests patiently and expertly. I feel confident that I can call Margie's number when I need something and I will be attended to promptly and with good care. The staff are friendly and positive. Sometimes I have questions or arrive late or etc.etc.etc. I bring problems with me and they offer friendly solutions, promptly and mostly without attitude. I feel well taken care of and respected. All of this positive energy has meant great progress in the healing of my lungs. I thank them with all my heart and hope you share this survey result with them.
