I was made to feel that they thought I was less than truthful regarding the use of pain medication. I have major pain much of the time but I try to be responsible regarding pain medication; I don't use it if I have to work or if I have to drive. Sometimes this causes the pain to become much worse. I felt as if, because my urine test is almost always negative for opiates that I was lying. I felt that now, I almost HAVE to take it prior to my appointment so that the test IS positive because otherwise, I MUST be doing something else with my medication besides taking it. I felt as if the staff there thought I must be lying. I'm sure some people do, but I'm not one of them, so now I have the additional concern that at some point, I'll no longer have the pain medication option. I was made to feel that I was doing something wrong, when I try my best, as I said, to be responsible.

a year an 3 months i been seeing scott an the staff... very well good team they care about any questions or concerts you may have. i haven't had any problems i see the staff every 3 months. trust is a big part on my end an i say i can trust everyone there an staff is on top friendly every moring i go in.. good morning you hear from just about about every one..

I would think that they would go over my records and meds I use alot closer! It just seems like they just want you in and out! Really didn't talk about my problems, just renewed my meds, and added a cream! Didn't really ask me what I thought about what's going on, could have ordered a CT scan or MRI, to look again to see if he could find the cause of my back pain and numbness in my legs! They need to be more informal about the procedures that are out there! !!!!!

my wait time was way too long upmc booked 4 people for 1 o,clock and the dr. has a very important job to have to rush so I had to wait well over a hour in a cubical too long
