Once again, the app was messed up on my end. I called UPMC afterwards and got it sorted out by a very nice person who is IT I guess. She knew her way around a cell phone for these types of issues. I believe we have it fixed for the next time. I've always been happy with Dr. Frempong and his staff. Very helpful and compassionate to their patients.
