This was my first visit with Dr. Richmond. I am a long time patient of Tri Rivers since 2004 and have had the pleasure of being treated by 8 or 9 of your specialists over the years. Dr. Richmond is a very pleasant doctor and I trust him! However, it is always unnerving to feel you are "on the clock" and only allotted <5 minutes with the specialist. After he left and had the PA-C give me a cortisone injection in my knee, I realized Dr. Richmond never said d if he wanted to see me again for a f/u visit. I asked the PA and he didn't know, so he told me to check with the receptionist and she didn't have any notes. So instead of checking with Dr. Richmond, I left assuming I would call if I had problems in the future.

Dr. Richmond and the PA were kind and professional.

I would highly recommend Dr. Richmond. He agreed to see me even though I was now "out of his population" due to my age. He did my previous knee surgery and was hoping to see him again. I appreciate him seeing me because I did not want to go back to the initial doctor that saw me for this current knee issues.

Dr. Richmond and the P/A were both terrific. They explained everything to me concerning my condition and included me in the decision making process. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I came here because my son had a collarbone replaced a few years ago and enjoyed the treatment he received.
