I saw a nurse, a PA and her assistant. All 3 people asked me the same questions. I also answered these questions prior to my visit on the UPMC portal with my pre visit intake questionnaire. It seems very repetitive and time consuming to tell 3 different people I do not have a cat and I do not smoke when I already filled out a form. Besides answering a lot of questions multiple times and waiting a long time for apt it was good. The receptionist staff is wonderful at the West Ridge office and went above and beyond to try to find an apt time that worked about my hectic work schedule.
