My appointment with this doctor was a referral from another surgeon in the same practice whom I first saw about 5 years ago. The doctor explained why the recommended surgery was better for my situation. He answered questions that I had. I had no bad experiences.

I was very impressed with the surgeon's over care for issues of discomfort I was having. He spent time examining the issue in question and and discussed several options for my care. Very impressed!

My doctor was very kind, listened and answered all questions. He had a great sense of humor. I never felt I was pushed to do more than I could manage with the pain. I'm still in pain, I see a pain management Doctor. He has been the most understanding, caring and most sensitive to the degree of my pain. He monitors my rx and sees me once a month. if I need to see him sooner , I get an appointment quickly. He is discussing options. He really is the first Doctor in my 74 years of life who believes the pain I'm in is REAL.

I made an appointment for Dec. 17th to have my right hip replaced. I went in for check up January 17 I believe it was. At that time, I made an appointment to have my left Knee replaced. We made the appointment for March 25th. I was just in yesterday to have a check up on my knee. In between those times I came into the Bone place to have tests taken for the surgery, and I got the results from my family doctor. Dr. Plakseychuck is a excellent doctor and I would and have recommended him to family and friends. During my hospital stay I was mostly treated like I was queen for a few days. I will never forget the kindness and care I received, especially when I first came out of surgery. I have Asthma and I use a C-pap machine. St that time coming out of anesthesia I couldn't breath and was panicked. That fast there was a woman called and she brought with her a vapor machine to breath in. Then I was getting sick, one nursed held a pan under my face while the other went and got a shot. The shot worked immediately. These nurses came back to see me when I was turning in for the night. I had feelings of vomiting again and they gave me another shot and tucked me in with the leg machine on my left leg. That was really nice and I felt like my mother tucked me in for the night. My lady care person was so sweet too "Kindle" and Latasia. Like my own daughters.
