The PHYsician Assistant sat at computer most of the appt. and did not make appropriate examination.

This is the first time I have seen a P.A. - and I will ask for Heather next time I need care. She was polite and concerned. The use of computers in the exam rooms makes it difficult for the provider to make continued eye contact with me and makes for an emotional barrier.
