We waited for over 90 minutes to be seen by the doctor. When we were seen, the visit was very quick. There was no comment about the reason for the delay. Since this was a late morning appointment, this meant that we had to wait to eat lunch until well after time we normally eat. It seems unacceptable for an 81 year old patient to have to wait 90+ minutes without explanation or apology.
