I started seeing Dr. Kaplan last November for a second opinion. At that time my original dermatologist still had me on prednisone for the past 8 months and didn't appear to be any closer to figure out what my skin issues were. He thought it was autoimmune, either pemphigus or Lupas. I selected Dr. Kaplan because of his PhD and having dermatology and immunology in his background. He has since ruled out autoimmune disease. I think he is making good and effective progress on treating me and that's important. Job well done Dr. Kaplan and staff!
