Tyler H. Harris, MD, is a pediatric cardiologist and is certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology by the American Board of Pediatrics. He is an attending at UPMC Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh and is an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He received his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his pediatrics residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago.

Dr. Harris joined the UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute in 2016. His clinical interests include inpatient cardiology, Kawasaki disease, and complex pediatrics patients with congenital heart disease. Dr. Harris has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), AAP Section of Cardiology and Cardiovascular Surgery, Society of Pediatric Cardiology Training Program Directors, and Association of Pediatric Program Directors. Dr Harris lives in Fox Chapel with his wife and two children and enjoys cooking, watching sports, and playing golf.
