I had excellent care.

Dr Bilofsky and his girls were very good with me.

Doctor came in and barely introduced himself (this was my first time meeting him) or had time to listen to my concerns. Appeared not to care and talked to me as if I was stupid. Didn't bother to explain any of the procedures (would have liked to know a tube was going to be inserted into my nose before just doing so). Didn't even bother to address my total loss of smell. Will likely NOT be returning to this doctor.

Dr. Bilofsky is direct, but I would much rather have that than someone who will beat around the bush. He seemed genuinely concerned that there was not an obvious cause of my issue and was very determined to get to the root of the problem
