I have been frustrated with the inability of Dr. Challinor to view my MRI results. This has happened now for the last three visits. This time I mailed the MRI scans to her office for them to have time to load and test them. Someone called a week in advance of my appt. and confirmed they were loaded and ready to go. Yet, when I was at the appt., she could not find or load them. Though she might not think her looking at the images with me is important, it is very important to me. She wants me to have the MRI done there, but that is not convenient since we live so far away. I understand she is not an IT person, and that's why I sent the images ahead of time... but she didn't go to anyone to help her help me. Very frustrating.

this appointment was much better then my last one. the records were up-to-date and the time-to-wait was not long. the provider knew my history and explained this well.

Dr. Challinor did not listen to events that lead up to my appointment or was not willing to do any research to better understand previousrrecommendation recommendation . I felt I was being judged and accused of doing something wrong

Dr. Challenor is the best! Whenever my diabetes comes up in a conversation with friends or co-workers, I make sure to mention that she is my endocrinologist and is highly recommended!!!
