Dr. Patil is so kind and compassionate. I was also extremely impressed with how well she was able to recall my daughter's case from the beginning of her time working with her. Truly a sign of a doctor who is invested in her patients

Dr. Patil is extremely knowledgeable. She listens with intentionality and empathy. She makes you feel heard, respected, and valued. Dr. Patil is also gentle and understanding with her young patients, even when they may feel uncomfortable and having a challenging time completing a necessary task. She is an amazing provider.

Despite both parents being in the room and answering questions about the patient, the PA kept asking questions directly to the mother, starting all questions with "Mom...". This came across as very ostracizing and as though I (as the father) was not a part of my son's medical care.

Dr. Patel is amazing, I hope my daughter will get to follow with her for the majority of her life. Always takes good care of her & makes sure we understand exactly what's going on. Couldn't ask for a better provider

Dr. Patil and her fellow were amazing providers. Both were thorough in their examination of my 7 month old daughter. Examining a 7 month old can't be easy and they made it seem effortless. They had tricks to keep my daughter happy and also accomplish what they needed to. Dr. Patil explained her concerns, exams, their care plan, what would happen during each step in the appointment, how long it would take, and why. She was a wonderful pediatric provider, as was her fellow.

While something that I have experienced a couple of times with my eyes, or more precisely one eye, has Dr. Patil at a loss, I am confident that she will research the possible causes of it before my next appointment.
