My experience was very good and I am completely satisfied with my care and care plan. Would definitely refer friends to this office.

My situation is not ordinary so I need specialized treatment getting tested for thyroid eye disease

My condition has much improved so each doctor (Dr Prakesh and a resident) were pleased with the current status of my condition (dry eye) and the plan I was following. I am concerned with my retinal health and Dr Prakesh is referring me to a retinal specialist.

Dr talked a bit fast and I had trouble following him

Dr. Prakash was incredibly thorough during my first appointment with him. He was well-acquainted with my records and medical history, and he spent ample time with me. He took images of my eyes and showed them to me immediately, providing a clear visual explanation of the issue. The treatment plan aims to address the problem without resorting to surgery. I couldn't ask for a better experience.

Dr. Prakash was very thorough checking my right eye after the surgery. The surgery was a great success and I appreciate Dr. Prakash and his team taking great care of me during my surgery on 4/19/24 and this follow-up visit.

I feel that my sense of his rushed schedule was definitely NOT a reflection of his care but a reflection of the hospital's quotas and demands.

Excellent treatment in every way

The doctor had a direct manner that I appreciated, and he offered detailed descriptions of my condition and the procedures for cataract surgery. He listened to and responded to my concerns. The assistants narrated each test given so that I understood what was happening and had less anxiety.

Although I had no difficulty understanding my provider being someone who works in healthcare I did have to ask for things to be repeated a few times during the visit because of the speed with which the provider speaks. I think that for those who are unfamiliar with medical terminology it may be difficult. Dr Prakash was extremely pleasant and patient with my questions. He is very thorough and I feel confident in the care he provides. My only suggestion for improving the patient experience would be for him to slow down the cadence of speech a bit.
