After the doctor's introductory hand shake, he began his conversation about the purpose of my visit with an implied insult to my intelligence. Following our conversation about his recommendations for my care, he abruptly left the room, indicating he had other patients to see.

The entire visit was great. The check-in person was attentive, the MA was compassionate and very good at explaining her tasks, the MD's were exceptional and compassionate about my situation and put us as ease about the situation, and I was scheduled for my next appointment with-in a week and it was explained what to expect and when to expect results. Next steps were explained and staff was excellent.

Dr Johnson explained things to me in terms I understood. He made me feel very comfortable with the procedure I will be having. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to get my pre-op scheduled for as soon as I left the office, which was really convienient.
