Dr. Stone is very professional and has an outstanding grasp of my medical needs.Excellent physician...

Dr Stone is one of the best Physicians that I have ever seen. He goes above and beyond to understand the problem and work to find the best solution. He spends a great deal of time to make sure he is making the best diagnosis and explains everything in detail.

Dr Stone is very knowledgable concerning my complaint. We discussed what steps I have taken before seeking treatment and my response to that treatment. He asked for my input concerning testing and therapy, and to call for any concerns I may have before my next visit

Despite a full patient schedule, Dr. Stone was able to give me his full attention and diagnosed a broken foot instead of the ankle sprain I thought I had. He worked out a schedule for Xrays and a cast fitting that allowed me to complete treatment in a few hours. He also called to follow up on my situation. Very impressive on so many levels.

Dr. Stone truly has a calling. His clinical exam (including the resident , Dr. Santa Barbara, that was working with him) was thorough. Together they asked applicable questions, carefully listened to my symptoms (without dismissing me), explained what they observed in the exam and then carefully explained the next steps in my care. The problem that I am having has been going on for over 21 months. I have seen one other physician for this problem with very little in the way of a clinical exam and was pretty much dismissed (saying you will have to live with it and wanted to refer me to pain management) with a "predetermined diagnosis" and which most likely will be proven incorrect. I have now completed physical therapy 3 times without success and Dr. Stone was the first to not dismiss my symptoms and reassure me that the problem was real and order tests to confirm his clinical assessment. It has been a very frustrating experience for me until seeing Dr. Stone. He is truly a committed physician. It is sad that many in the medical profession today can not listen and do a clinical exam. Dr. Stone is a committed and well trained physician who obviously loves his job. He is a wonderful role model for teaching the residents. Without hesitancy I would recommend Dr. Stone to any friends or acquaintances.

i was very pleased with my visit with Dr Stone and his staff. dr stone was a very thorough diagnostician, his communication skills are excellent and i felt he enabled us to make mutual care decisions that i am really happy with. this is medicine at its best. he is an 'old time' clinician, one who takes a thorough history, does a real honest to goodness physical exam and unlike the oldtime docs he allows the patient to participate in the care decisions with his guidance. I really felt like I was in great hands and I learned so much at my visit.

I have seen Dr. Stone on several occasions for different injuries. He always takes time to diagnose and explain the ailment. I never feel rushed or in the dark about decisions I need to make regarding my injuries.
