It was the 1st time I met this provider. My regular doctor is in the same practice but unavailable. It was a very good appt. Everyone was excellent. The nurse was above average and very professional. I was impressed

The surgeon seemed like the medical tests that he reviewed was no big deal and what brings me to see him. I felt that he didn't believe/sensitive to my medical situation and gave me the impression that I was faking or making a big deal out of what my medical condition is. I guess he see's things like this all the time and I am in the medical field but when I have two other doctor's (from Erie, Pa) telling me that my condition is serious and I should go get my neck fixed. It blew me away that this surgeon had the extreme opposite reaction to my test results compared to my family doctor and the ER doctor who told me what was wrong with me and that both of those doctor's told me I will need to get this fixed soon. I have no doubts that this surgeon knows his field of expertise. It just floored me of his reactions and things he was saying to me. I want to continue to going to see him or any other doctor in that office. I need medical help and I need to be fixed so I can go on to leading a full and productive life.
