Dr. Simons was very thorough and thoughtful when talking to both my child and me. He was very professional, yet spoke in terms I could understand. He was very considerate of my child and any concerns or fears she may have.

November 28, 2018

I felt Dr. Simons is knowledgeable but his patience with my daughter when she became frightened was almost nonexistent. He scolded me for not holding her tight but I was give like two seconds to do so before her threatened me with having to return at at different time. I'm in no way suggesting that he should have given me a long amount of time to try to calm her, but I don't think a minute or two is unreasonable. I know he appeared to have a cold himself and probably wasn't feeling well himself but I think given his profession of working with children should warrant more patience.
