Dr. Collins was unbelievable in his care and compassion during my care. He did exactly what I needed and got me back to work super quick. I highly recommend him to anybody going through a head injury.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/6/2025
I had to interrupt a few times to get my point across but he did listen when I did that. I could have used a more in depth conversation about the medication, esp the plan for getting me off it.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/4/2025
I'm so, so grateful I found Dr. Collins. He is truly giving me my life back, and I can't say enough good things about him.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/27/2025
I'm super happy with how I was treated during my visit with Dr. Collins and his team, especially Dr. Collins took time after my visit with him to the PT section to let me know he was not available to see me at the end of every session with the people on his team. He was not rushing to address my questions. Supper good experience!

We enjoyed your virtual staff. They were kind, attentive and presented themselves as true professionals. They were able to relate to my 13 year old daughter and put her mind at ease.

First time I felt a doctor could truly help and wanted to help.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/19/2025

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/13/2025
Dr. Collins was a gift. He listened to me and was very thoughtful in his response. I never felt rushed and developed a treatment plan that was right on point. He also was very quick and connecting me to Dr. Pam who in turn address a medication issue that was long-standing
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 2/6/2025
I found time to short to inform about and discus my situation thoroughly and adjust plans according to my progress. I got the impression, that the treatment suggestions were made on insufficient information.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/10/2024
Dr. Collin's is absolutely terrific! When I first visited him, he outlined a treatment for a concussion. I followed his directions, had a second visit with him and had made significant improvement. This was my third visit and I am almost symptom free! I would recommend Dr. Collins as the only doctor to see if they experience a concussion. Very professional and knows what he is doing!

I've never been to a concussion doctor before. Truly was a very good visit.

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/16/2024
Dr. Collins is always very attentive in listening to my needs and questions.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 4/4/2024
The care I received was comprehensive and the communication between the doctors and therapists was astonishingly rapid. They all were on board and agreed on the results/findings, and on the therapies prescribed. The only aspect that was not 100% was due to the time I needed to process what I was told. Once I digested the information, there was no opportunity to ask clarifying questions.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/19/2024
The diagnosis and treatment explanation was direct and clear.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/12/2024
Dr. Collins is very compassionate and takes the time to explain and answer all questions.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 3/12/2024

Dr Collins is excellent! He explains things well and I completely trust his judgment in concussion treatment.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 12/7/2023
The concussion team is mind blowing, life altering, so dedicated and concerned about hearing me, answering questions, including me in the entire process, and providing a collaborative treatment plan (with me being part of that team) to get me back to normal.

Dr. Collins was incredible
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/29/2023
It was a bi deal for me to make the trip solo to Pittsburgh and I am delighted I visited the clinic . It was refreshing to meet with a TEAM of professionals who provided me with a better understanding of how I am performing , a concrete plan and the knowledge there are professionals I can consult with in the future. I feel more confident and hopeful since I visited.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/29/2023
The entire team is diamond level experts on care and knowledge.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/7/2023
I cannot say enough about Dr. Collins. He is an excellent communicator, listening and engaged, making me feel safe and well cared for. He asked about my current condition and listened as I explained. He asked good questions and provided excellent information. He answered my questions. Always asks before leaving if I have any other things I would like to ask. I especially hold on to his statement - you will not go backwards now, only forward :) I am so grateful to be in his care. And am feeling so much better since my first appointment in September/23.
- 4 out of 5 starsReviewed on 11/2/2023
Dr. M. W. Collins is a Godsend! I wish that the app was more user friendly.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/24/2023

- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/10/2023
I now have hope Dr Collins approach and program can help me with my IED blast Post Traumatic Migraines where the VA has failed to do...
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 10/10/2023
I was overwhelmingly pleased with this appointment. The doctor treated my son with a masterful combination of knowledge and directness, yet he was relational and brought levity to the moment as well. The quickness with which he understand my son's condition and the course of action that is necessary for recovery was remarkable.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/28/2023
We will definitely recommend Dr. Collins and his team to others.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 9/26/2023
Dr. Collins was very direct, but in a kind and compassionate way. This is so important so that I understood the importance of listening to his instructions and instilling strength in me to be consistent with the homework that he gave me. He also found ways to interject humor into the visit, which put me at ease, as my challenges have caused me a lot of stress.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/31/2023
Dr. Collins is AMAZING! This was our second set of visits for concussions to him! We travel from Indiana & it is SO worth it!! We have sent others to UPMC & Dr. Collins for their concussion care & will continue to do so every chance we get!
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 8/22/2023
At one point Dr. Collin's turned to me and told me he had heard me say something similar 3 times, and he did not care. It was clear that he saw me as a hindrance to my sons recovery, and that demonstrates how unfamiliar he is with me or my sons situation.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 7/18/2023
Dr. Collins is the best doctor in the country by far
- 1 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/16/2023
Dr Collins was less than empathetic and the care he gave me was very poor. He dismissed my concerns saying that he knew best and even dismissed other Dr's treatments for my past concussions. It's a shame because some of the stuff he said I agreed with but that changed when I actually broke down in front of him and he showed no concern for my well-being and when I tried telling him that I had already done his proposed treatment he would not listen and just dismissed me. I even tried calling back again to just make sure that he knew the full extent of my concussion and he still dismissed me. I will NOT be recommending Dr Collins to anyone.
- 2 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/15/2023
This care provider, Dr. Collins, helped me a great deal and treatment program is an incredible gift. However, I rate the above questions as poor, because he is very rushed on the call, does not answer my concerns or questions directly but rather just gives me the same response all the time. "Just do this as I say." More importantly, he does not explain the reasoning of his methodology or the specific reasons for why he is saying what he asserts is best.

Spoke with the assistant for less than 10 minutes and Micky for less than 5. I'm from Wisconsin and was referred because of so many concussions. I feel like I wasn't heard.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/13/2023
Dr. Collins and his staff have given me my life back. I will forever be grateful.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/12/2023
He was very informative and made sure I understood everything.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 6/6/2023
Dr. Collins succinctly described my concussion symptoms, proposed treatment plan, and expected trajectory very well. Finally, a doctor who listened to what I had to say and understood what I'd been going through the past 6 years! A refreshing change in the medical profession!
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/25/2023
Very rushed and didn't even tell me I had a concussion until I asked for confirmation after he rambled off treatment
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/18/2023
Dr. Collins is amazing! We are so happy to have found him and have recommended him to anyone we know who has/had a concussion.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/12/2023
Will always highly recommend Dr Collins. Very professional and listens to call concerns.
