February 19, 2018

Dr. McGough is definitely knowledgeable, but his bedside manner is horrible and I felt like he didn't listen to me or care to hear my symptoms at all. He was very condescending.

He is an outstanding doctor in all ways.I feel fortunate to have used his services.

I was a little nervous when the resident came in to interview me and not the doctor given that this was a visit prompted by finding on an MRI. It was all fine when Dr McGrpugh came in to review my case. I do understand thast residents need to learn, but it was an emotionally charged visit for me and my husband and we wanted to hear from the expert. It all worked out just fine. perhaps the resident could just let the patient know that she is doing the preliminary screening.

Very refreshing visit to a young, and very knowledgable/progressive-thinking specialist where prior to this visit I had only encountered a great deal of "old school" disdain and dismissal and outdated techniques/solutions. Very glad to have met Dr McGough.

Even though I waited longer than 15 minutes to see him, I had no issue with that. He is the best and I'd wait as long as needed to be able to see him. He makes you feel that you are his only patient when he is dealing with you.
