Dr. McGough has consistently been very responsive to our questions. I learned not wait for him to ask if I had questions, but just to ask him questions. His answers have always been very complete, meaningful and enable me to understand what he is communicating. He never makes you feel like your questions aren't important or taking too much time.

We got off to a bit of a rough start. A miscommunication about an X-ray. Kind of stressed me out. I didn't want to there anyway bc of my previous cancer diagnosis. But by the end of the appointment I felt like he genuinely cared about me and I'm thankful he was able to solve the issue with a simple X-ray after my regular oncologist had put me through many other unnecessary tests.

I have already referenced someone to him
- 3 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/18/2023
I didn't get a good feel that the provider understood my situation. He also didn't give me clear guidelines about next steps in my care. This is the first time that I met this provider and it seemed as if he was "annoyed" that I was a new patient. The only clear follow up that he gave me was that he wanted to see be back in 1 month and no surgery. I didn't feel confident that I left there knowing if I should walk and bear weight or how to recovery as best as possible from the injury.
- 5 out of 5 starsReviewed on 5/4/2023
Dr. McGough listened to my questions and provided me with answers/information on each one. Positive interactions with him and his colleague.
