Dr. Sanfilipo took the time to discuss everything his fellow had explained to us. I loved the fact that after he explained everything to us he sat back and said, "now it's my turn to listen. what questions do you have?" My husband and I really felt like he was there for us. I am very happy to have him on our side.

My care provider comes of extremely rushed at every appointment. He does attempt to explain things to you with the use of photographs, but he speaks so quickly it's hard to keep up and process all of the new information. As a person in the medical field myself, I struggle to keep up with his explanations so I can only imagine how someone feels who has zero medical knowledge. I've also had concerns about how well he know the patient that he's speaking too. I feel as if he looked through my chart as he was in the room with me and asked me the same questions (which answers were in the chart) at every single appointment. I had 2-3 appointments which all seamed identical to me! I'm not sure why each appointment didn't build upon each other! Most likely because the Dr. is over booked causing him to rush and not fully understand his patient and what step in treatment they are at.

love the calm and supportive environment; it is much appreciativethe wait time is poora 30 minute appointment takes 2 hours and this makes scheduling challenging since I know that I will have to allocate so much time to waiting in the office an hour after my appt time and another 30 minutes in the exam room. Fir someone who comes to this office often for tests, it's inconvenient

Great experience. Very impressed with all staff encountered including the receptionist, med student, physician, and nurse. Everyone was so willing to listen and took so much time to explain the next steps following my visit. Dr. Sanfilippo seemed interested in helping me get some answers and I was very pleased with our meeting.
