Dr. Harrison and Luann are great. Dr. Harrison always listens to my concerns and issues and works with me. Luann always gets back to me right away if I call and always calls me to explain my blood work results. When I first started seeing Dr. Harrison, Luann would call me every week to see how I was doing. She would discuss any issues with Dr. Harrison and tell me what to do. I'm sure they do this with all of their patients, but it still made me feel special and cared for. This was a huge change from my previous doctor's care. I was so sick that I felt I was going to die soon if I didn't get the right help. Dr. Harrison and Luann provided that to me. They truly do a wonderful job.

Excellent staff - excellent physician

August 17, 2015

I've only had two office visits with Dr. Harrison not including a procedure I had outside of the two office visits. I've never had a bad experience and she shows extreme care towards me regarding my diagnosis. If anything I need to be more proactive. It's not easy for me to ask questions or talk about my symptoms, because I never want to come across as whining. Dr. Harrison and her entire staff have always been excellent and I couldn't ask for better healthcare.

Dr. Harrison and staff all great. Dislike surveys like this - should take seconds not minutes to complete

Dr. Harrison and her nurse Luanne are truly the most kind, caring and respectful caregivers that I have ever come in contact with. They are always ready and willing to listen to my problems, and find a solution for me as well.

Dr. Harrison's is always professional, patient, understanding. I am always calm and at ease during my visits with her. I trust her skills and because of that trust I follow her recommendations to improve my health--which is working beautifully.

Dr. Janet Harrison and Collaborative Practice Nurse Lou Anne Lobert are wonderful! They are always concerned with my health and general well-being. I feel lucky to have them as my healthcare team! I appreciate their care and support over the years. It has helped turn my life around since I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis.
