No Complaints -Service Excellent At Exam room and Front desk

DR Liu is the most fantastic Dr. She is always concerned, listens, offers advice and I wouldn't trust my conditions with anyone else- I suffer with fibromyalgia, nerve damage from multiple spine and shoulder surgeries and she does acupuncture for me twice a month. I've been seeing her for many years now and would never change to anyone else. She's the best!

Dr. Liu has been treating me for many years. She is an excellent doctor. The only issue I have is that, although my appointments are usually the first one in the morning (8 am), I am never seen in less than 30 minutes. Very often, I have to wait close to 1 h. I really do not understand how/why this happens if I should be the first patient of the day.

Provider had a lot of useful information and was very knowledgable

Dr. Liu seemed very caring and knowledgeable! Dr. Sowa referred me to her and both doctors have given me exceptional care.

I came to PMNR in the hopes of discovering the cause of my back pain and to find solutions that would allow me to walk long distances and run without pain again. My pain has persisted despite physical therapy, and Dr. Liu's only suggestion was to continue physical therapy and give up on running as a form of exercise. I am extremely disappointed by this response. I understand that Dr. Liu may not have a treatment that allows me to run pain-free, but hat should be presented as a failure to solve my problem, not a solution to it. It was also not clear what the next treatment option would be if physical therapy does not resolve my pain. I left feeling somewhat hopeless and not well cared for.

Dr. Liu is an excellent doctor, who truly knows me, and helps with my chronic pain.
