The attending physician was wonderful. He was concerned and patient, and carefully explained each procedural step.

I had never had anyone use a suction machine on my ears and I'm a Nervous Nelly. Perhaps if he had explained how safe it was. However, in his defense, I didn't tell him until afterward and he did explain then.

Dr Blaugrund was excellent and prescribed medications to help with my sinus infection. He listened and answered my questions

I had specifically called the office in advance to advise of an ear ache issue. I again repeated this in detail to the medical assistant. She asked appropriate detailed questions. Dr. Blaugrund clearly had not read any of this information. He was ready to leave the room when I reminded him of the issue. He asked no questions, took a cursory look at both ears and said both were normal. That did not even begin to address the issue. I was quite surprised as my prior visit with him had been totally different.

Dr. James examined my ears, my nose, my throat my hearing aids, I thought everything went rather well

Dr. Blaugrund was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He listened to my description of symptoms before doing the exam. When the exam was complete, he explained what he found, and recommended a course of action. He also explained his reasoning for that course of action. He was excellent!

My ear drum experience was not fun but as they say in every cloud there is a silver lining. Dr. Blaugrund is a very kind, caring and compassionate doctor. I was scared and he put me at ease. As I was going out of town in a few days he arranged to get me in his schedule to check the ear again before I left. I would highly recommend him.

I would like to have had a little more time with the doctor to ask a few questions about my hearing. He came in with four others he was training and I did not have time to speak with him one on one

This is a great office. The staff was friendly. The Dr was kind and gentle and joked a little to put my nerves at ease. The office is a bit of a drive from my house but I don't want to go anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this practice.

Provider listened to problems and concerns and addressed all of them. Doctor explained procedure performed during visit step by step. I have been to various providers at other facilities with no improvement or hope of improvingI already have improved hearing. Sincerely wish I would have come to this provider years ago and am grateful for him. He has changed my lifeit's easy to take your hearing for granted, but when you get it backthankful!

The Nurse, PA and Doctor were all Amazing , very thorough and professional

PA and MD were both professional and kind

Showed up a half hour late for my appointment then does not spend more than about 7 minutes with me. Gave short answers to my questions and does not elaborate on treatments and prognosis. Recommended a medication that is not covered by my insurance, but no one from the office contacted me about it or provided any alternatives.

Not sure I would recommend due to the lack of communication regarding the extreme wait time
