Both my pulmonary breathing test were fine with the attending person and my pulmonary doctor was fine never have problems with either one they explain everything that's going on and what's going to happen and how my treatments are going to go and whether I need more or not I am happy with all of them at this office

Lanz staff friendly - knowledgeable - take a personal interest

This provider needs more sensitivity training when it comes to hearing impaired patients. He started moving his mouth without any sound coming out as a joke. This can be unsettling and uncomfortable to joke like this with someone who has a hearing problem. I could tell that he was teasing me, but hearing aids can be turned off accidently which causes anxiety for a person with hearing loss . Hearing loss is not a joke, and it's not funny to treat it as such.

Dr. Lanz is a wonderful physician. He has great bedside manner and makes the patient feel at ease. He answers all questions and addresses all concerns.
