I have been a patient of Dr Goitz several years, including several hand procedures. Every appointment I have had ran smoothly and efficiently. Never rushed either. I never worry about scheduling an appointment and going back to work. The Fellows are always friendly and professional. Everything seems to be organized and in sync. Dr. Goitz and his assistant, Bryan, explained everything to me. They gave me all the options and then let me decide if surgery was right for me. They did not try to push me into a surgery if I wasn't ready and they provided other options if I chose to not have the surgery. I would recommend them to anyone!

Wonderful Doctor very caring and great sense of humor

I was shuffled in and out in less than 15 minutes and because I had said what I believed was wrong was condescendingly called an expert and then basically was told if what they do doesn't work come back in a month

Dr. Goitz has been fixing my hands for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else - excellent results with carpal tunnel surgery and previous injections for trigger fingers. He is kind, quick, and efficient and doesn't rush to surgery if conservative measures will do.

I really like dr goitz I would recommend him

I was in excruciating pain and doctor showed me little empathy. I was upset that he just wrote my pain off as a muscle strain and all he recommended was to stretch, massage and take ibuprofen when those things were not particularly effective. The pain made/makes it difficult to do things that I need to be able to do everyday, such as drive, sleep, and sit at a desk.

Doctor knows exactly what he's doing

Dr didn't listen to any of the problems I was having or where the pain was coming from. Forced me to squeeze a tool that brought tears to my eyes after I said I couldn't do it cause of pain. That gave him the diagnosis he's wanted. I was treated unfairly and ignored

Dr. Chen was the first to see me. Excellent experience, he was attentive, personable, examined my hand and told me what his opinion was. Dr. Goitz may have been the most unprofessional Dr. I have ever come across. He was not interested in listening to the problems I am having or showing any care that there is an issue. He was very dismissive, condescending and egotistical. I was rushed in and out of the office for a total of 43 minutes spent at the office including parking and leaving. He made me feel like I was impending on his evening plans instead of listening to and caring about the issues I am having and figuring out what is going on and what could be done to fix said issues.

Dr. Goetz is obviously highly regarded - but came across as a bit arrogant. I asked about PT as an option and he basically brushed it off vice surgery.
