July 07, 2016

Dr. Goitz is excellent in every way.

June 29, 2016

He was45 minutes late and there was four people a head of me

June 27, 2016

We have made multiple visits to this office and each and every time both the office staff and clinical staff went above and beyond. Dr. Goitz was very approachable and easy to talk with. We never felt rushed and he always presented all the options available to us.

June 27, 2016

Dr. Goitz and his assisstant doctor were both very good as well as the nurse practitioner.

June 13, 2016

The only concern I had is that Dr. Goitz didn't say anything about the aftermath of the treatment until I asked about therapy, to which he replied, "quite the opposite--you should be resting the thumb". I wouldn't have known that otherwise.

June 09, 2016

Good experience. Spent more time with the 'fellow' than the provider and would prefer to spend more time with provider. I was pleased with the provider being the one to give me my shot, and I understand why the provider spends the lesser time with the patients. All staff were very nice.

June 08, 2016

I found Dr. Goitz distant and only partially tuned in. He did not offer any opinion on various therapies. I emphasized that I would like avoid surgery if at all possible and was interested in the PRP injections available via UPMC (out of pocket, not covered by health insurance). He did not engage. I assume he is against this sort of therapy although there is research evidence on its efficacy.

June 08, 2016

I was very pleased with the visit and conversation with Dr. Goitz and his assistant.

June 02, 2016

Everything was good except for the wait time to see the Doctor

June 01, 2016

I am going to undergo surgery June28 with Dr Robert Goitz for carpel tunnel, cubical tunnel,And trigger finger all on the left arm.I request only Dr. Goitz perform this surgery on myself and no one else!
